Synopsis:
A man she can't say "no" to Sharp-tongued, independent firestorm Tabby Glover will do anything to get Greek billionaire Acheron Dimitrakos to support her adoption claim over his cousin's small child. The last thing she expects is his outrageous marriage proposal! She has no choice but to say yes, even if the arrogant tycoon can't stop looking down his nose at her for one minute! Tabby can see that there is more to this proposition and this devastatingly handsome man than meets the eye. But as the thin veil between truth and lies is lifted, will this marriage become more than in name only?

I have said it before that I love to read these because they are quick light reads.  Lynne has always been a favorite of mine to read, her heroines are always strong, smart and willing to learn; her heroes are always men who seem to have it all but want more when they meet the right one.  This one was just as good.

Even though he seemed to have it all, there are secrets that make our hero a very vulnerable man, and when pushed to the brink he makes a decision that will save a child from his own past fate.  Tabby has done what others wouldn't have and that's give her all for the woman she considered a sister and a friend. I loved Tabby from the get go, I mean when you learn everything she has done to keep them together you want to root for her to make it. Tabby once had the 'dream' and when given the chance of keeping it all or saving a little child from the system she let the dream go.  She and Ash had so much in common and even though their pasts were fiscally miles apart they were actually raised the same way and that was a little heartbreaking to read.

I laughed at Acheron's desperate attempt to keep things as they were in the beginning but when he changed his mind??!! Look out!! Tabby won't stop being who she is and fights hard not to get lost in the fantasy, but Ash makes it hard for her to remember this isn't forever.  I loved reading them together and watching as they fought each other, themselves and the world. It was awesome.

I really enjoyed this novel, the characters, the circumstances it all came together well and gave us a great story.
 ★★★★☆
Lynne has done it again and I can't wait to read what she has for us next.
Happy Reading
