June 2019 To Be Read:

Welcome back to another round of goals for June 2019. This month I'm going with a theme since summer officially starts in June I want to read all the summer books. All the fun lighthearted reads for summer especially the romances. I'm also going to read the books with Summer in the title.

My goal this year is 150  books, if I break that down it comes out to 13 books per month, with 3 to 4  books a week. Totally doable in my books, so as the proverb says, you can eat an elephant one bite at a time, so here are my first few bites:

Read So Far This Year:
TBR Pile 150
TBR Balance: 94
Monthly Goal: 13

    Summer Reading Lists:
I'm talking all the books on my shelves with the title "Summer" in there:
    • How to Ruin a Summer Vacation by Simone Elkeles
    • The Summer I Found You by Jolene Perry
    • Suddenly Last Summer by Sarah Morgan
    • Secrets of the Lost Summer Carla Neggers
    • Blazing Midsummer Nights by Leslie Kelly
    • Big Sky Summer Linda Lael Miller
    • Summer Days Susan Mallery
    • Endless Summer Nights Anthology with Donna Hill, Grace Octavia Delaney Diamond
    • Last Summer with Maizon Jacqueline Woodson
    • Ferocity Summer by Alissa Grosso
I also want to read books that are considered summer reads from my shelves. Books that take place during the summer, books that are always listed on summer reading lists on goodreads, especially mermaid books. (I physically own all of these, so these will count to my Read My Shelves goal for 2019)

Sarah Dessen Catalog (I Own these):
    1. Along For the Ride
    2. Keeping THe Moon
    3. Someone Like You
    4. The Truth About Forever
    5. Dreamland
    6. Just Listen
    Random titles:
    • Excuse my fins by Tera Lynn Childs
    • Since You've Been Gone Morgan Matson
    • Nantucket Red by Leila Howland
    • Beautiful Day Elin Hilderbrand
    • Three Sisters (Blackberry Island 2) Susan Mallery
    • This is What Happy Looks Like Jennifer Smith * If I don't get to this for June I'll add it into Jennifer July*

    Nora Roberts:
    1. Whiskey Beach
    2. Rising Tides
    3. Inner Harbor
    4. Chesapeake Blue
    5. Homeport
    6. Seaswept
Books I'll Borrow: These are titles I need to read to be able to read the books I actually own, due to them being the second or third in a series))
    • Nantucket Blue
    • Barefoot Season (Blackberry Island 1) by Susan Mallery
Book Club Book: (This month I'm skipping this one since it's not a title I own, however, I'm listing it so I know what the book was for this month at the end of the year).
    • The Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde
Non-Summer Reads (not necessarily on theme, but I want to get read anyway)

    Nora Roberts:
    • Northern Lights
    • Hot Rocks
    • Tribute
    • High Noon
    • Honest Illusions
    • Public Secrets
These are some of her standalone titles and I want to clean up that shelf, because I may have ordered more of her books from paperbackswap, and of course, in July the big annual library book sale is going to happen so I need space on this shelf.

What are you going to be reading my loves?? Share in the comments down below if you have read any of these and as always

    Happy Reading
