Stacking The Shelves () My First Trip to Ollie's

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! If you want to find out more about Stacking The Shelves, please visit the official launch page!

I finally went to Ollie's in my state, it opened up last year and having watched so many videos by Jen over at Today In Jen's Library.  I haven't ever been to one and finally was going to be near the town it's in so I picked up the following:

Second Chance Boyfriend by Monica Murphy.  This is my second time trying to get a physical copy. I read this a few years ago and loved it, it's one of my favorite books by Monica and I needed it on my shelves.

Code Talker by Joseph Bruchac  which is about Navajo Servicemen in the Marines during WII.  I have always been fascinated by the Navajo tribe as it was one of the tribes I had focused on it in college.

So Much Closer by Suzanne Colasanti  I picked this one up because it's Suzanne and because it was 0.49c yes you read that right it was forty nine cents.

Shadow Woman by Linda Howard  I read this several years ago when it was coming out and I loved Linda.

Rise by Daniel Rodriguez  I heard about this book from a few military wives that are my friends.  We like to exchange books every now and then & this one came across the suggestion list. I can't wait to read it.

And that's it, that was my first trip to Ollie's.  Other than the book section I wasn't really impressed.  The store was a mid western version of Big Lots/ Odd Job, and we have plenty of those here in the Northeast.  I will travel up once in a while to check out their book section though because that was epic.

Let me know if you have every been to an Ollie's, share in the comments down below what you've gotten and we can chat about it.

Thanks so much for stopping by
and as always

Happy Reading my loves
